Still no word or refund from Mercola for his Bidet that flooded my house on Feb. 9th, 2011. Total scam artist - take the money and RUN. Won't even refund me the purchase price. DO NOT BUY MERCOLA BIDET !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Save yourself the heartache of a flooded house.
